The Company collects personal information by appropriate means.
The purposes of use will be announced, notified, or clearly indicated in advance, and the information will not be used beyond the scope of those purposes.
When providing or disclosing personal data to a third party, the Company will do so in accordance with the procedures
prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.

To prevent loss, damage, destruction, falsification, leakage, unauthorized removal, and unauthorized access from outside concerning customers’ personal data, the Company implements the following security measures:

  • ● To conduct recruitment and selection activities for job applicants

  • ● To provide information on new services and products developed by the Group

  • ● To manage personnel information of employees

  • ● For joint use as described in section 6

5. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Company may provide customers’ personal data to third parties within the scope described in “4. Purposes of Use of Personal Information”.
Except where required by law, the Company will not disclose or provide personal data to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the customer.

If customers request information about overseas real estate or stay-related services, their personal data may
be shared with the Company’s overseas group companies listed below.

In such cases, the Company selects contractors that meet sufficient standards for personal information protection, enters into confidentiality agreements, and appropriately supervises and manages such contractors.
