With this vision, we established LIST FARM in the Niseko area of Hokkaido.
In response to critical issues facing agriculture—such as an aging workforce and a shortage of successors—we are taking a proactive approach by engaging directly with farming, a foundational industry that underpins regional life.
Going beyond conventional real estate development, we believe that meaningful community building begins at the roots of everyday living. By actively participating in primary industry, we aim to contribute to the long-term vitality of the region and realize a more authentic and sustainable model of development.
Agriculture That Connects People and Communities
LIST FARM is located in a pristine area nourished by natural spring water, surrounded by Mt. Yotei and Niseko Annupuri. Here, we practice agriculture in harmony with nature, guided by the unique characteristics of the land.
The richness of the soil, abundant water, ample sunlight, and the distinct temperature differences between day and night create ideal conditions for cultivating produce with exceptional flavor.
Currently, we focus on crops such as potatoes, corn, and pumpkins, delivering them to local communities as well as stakeholders across the List Group.To share the appeal of this region with those living further away, we also distribute our products nationwide through our e-commerce platform.
Beyond growing crops, we are committed to cultivating connections—linking people with one another and with the land, while sharing the intrinsic value and stories of the region.
