A New Style of Resort Living
with Northern Alps Views

Set against the majestic backdrop of the Northern Alps,
where 3,000-meter-class peaks stretch across the horizon,
this hotel condominium was developed to offer a truly exceptional resort experience.
With every unit designed as a corner room, the property delivers maximum openness and panoramic views,
while also ensuring a high level of privacy—resulting in an indulgent and thoughtfully crafted living environment.
Through a system in which units operate as hotel rooms when not in use by the owner,
the property seamlessly combines personal enjoyment with effective asset utilization.
It represents a new model of resort development that brings together the pleasure of ownership and long-term investment value.

Development Potential
in Global Resorts

Hakuba is one of the world’s leading ski resorts,
renowned for its high-quality powder snow and its expansive Hakuba Valley, which offers 10 ski areas and 145 courses.

Beyond winter sports, Hakuba offers a stunning array of seasonal experiences.
In spring, flowers bloom against the backdrop of the snow-capped Northern Alps, and visitors can enjoy trekking and cycling amid fresh green landscapes.
Summer brings rafting on clear mountain streams and scenic hot-air balloon rides,
while autumn colors the entire mountain range in vibrant reds and golds, drawing hikers to trails overlooking dramatic peaks and valleys.

The crisp mountain air and richly changing scenery captivate visitors throughout the year.
It is this ability to experience the distinct beauty of all four seasons
that makes Hakuba an exceptional and truly special resort destination.

A Collaboration with
Michelin-Starred
“Onko Chishin”

The property is operated by Onko Chishin,
a hospitality group known for its distinctive portfolio that includes Michelin five-star boutique hotels, historic ryokans,
stadium-integrated hotels, and museum-attached restaurants.

Guided by its philosophy of being “little evangelist of local lights”,
Onko Chishin gives form to the unique of each location and shares these one-of-a-kind experiences with guests from around the world.

With bases in regional areas and remote islands, the company promotes a retreat-style travel concept in which the stay itself becomes the destination,
redefining the value of travel through innovative experiences.

By combining our development expertise with Onko Chishin’s exceptional operational capabilities,
this project has become a model for redefining resort value in Hakuba.

Where Design
Meets Functionality

Japanese design elements are incorporated throughout, and every room is a corner room with a mountain view, enhancing overall comfort.

A Nature-Harmonized
Hospitality Space

Incorporating design elements inspired by traditional yukimi-shoji screens,
along with a double-height atrium and wooden latticework,
the space is filled with gentle light and the warmth of wood,
creating an atmosphere that harmonizes naturally with Hakuba’s landscape.
