Given the site’s excellent foot traffic and high transportation convenience, the property was designed not as an office building but specifically as a tenant-focused commercial facility.
The design strikes a careful balance between sharpness and warmth: a fully glazed, open façade creates a sleek and modern impression, while the greenery-rich entrance and wood-textured exterior elements add a welcoming, natural ambiance.

This was our company’s first office building development project.
Nihonbashi Tomizawachō is an area where traditional streetscapes from the Edo period remain, while in recent years it has rapidly transformed into a vibrant business district with the construction of numerous modern office buildings.
Part of the tenant floor space was designed as a fully furnished setup office, complete with interior finishes, furniture, and greenery, providing a highly functional and comfortable workspace ideal for startup companies.
